Moved from California to South Carolina

Recommended Posts

Have not had a license since 1991 i have moved from California to South Carolina and they want a print out from California dmv and I did the online driving record print out but, not accepting it in South Carolina. The printout has nothing except expiration was in 1991 and i have a state ID. i don't want to go back to california in person for a piece of paper that says the same as the printout i paid for. I am unable to get a real person on phone and California has an automated system that gets you nowhere. I try to find an attorney to help i have no wants, warrants, or holds on me in California. I need my license now i live in the boonies. I just want to drive legally. And not get a ticket before i can get an attorney to help.

You didn't ask a question, so I'm unsure what the purpose of your post is.

What reason did the person with the SC DMV give you why the printout you obtained is unacceptable?

There's pretty much nothing there, so I can't imagine why it would.
