Well i traded in the vehicle for another less then a year so when the finance company sent me a copy of their original paper work someone at the dealership had forged my name on a new contract completely different from what i signed. I have both contracts in my posession  and someone outright signed fradulent information the signatures are clearly different .I want to sue these people for fraud. any help appreciated

To sue somebody you generally have to have monetary damages.

Exactly what monetary harm did the change do to you?

If there is nothing to sue for you can report the forgery to the police and see if they will do anything. My guess is not.
