Months after injury

5 posts in this topic

I was injured on the job almost 9 months ago. I've not been successful in getting all of my injuries allowed by Ohio BWC. The company I worked for had video surveillance everywhere in their production warehouse. How long would that company need to keep footage of my accident?

Thank you.

Thank you RetiredinVA. So, basically they would have to keep the footage until the claim is settled? Can I send a certified letter to them asking for the footage?

Again, thank you.

You can send a certified letter.

You can send a non-certified letter.

You can send a dozen roses.

You can send a candygram or a singing telegram or anything you like.

Did you really suppose the answer to this question might be anything other than yes?

Why are you asking this question given what "RetiredinVA" already posted:

As long as there is an outstanding claim, litigation or appeal involving the area of the surveillance

I'm sorry that I, apparently, sounded stupid when trying to clarify the answer. I am overwhelmed by this process of getting my injuries taken care of.

Sadly, stunned.
