What documents need to be included in a motion

Recommended Posts

I am having to handle a complaint/lawsuit by myself. It is a civil case in Superior Court in San Diego. I need to file a motion.  I have the motion completed, which  includes, Facts, Argument and Conclusion, along with the table of contents for the evidence and the evidence in support of the motion. I know I need the proof of service, but is there any other document that would need to be included for the court to accept the motion for review? It should there be a Notice to Plaintiff  of hearing on the matter or something that the court will file in response that needs to be included in my motion, Any other documents that I need to include ? Please help!

Thank You
