Huh?  Court dockets are almost always public in non-juvenile courts.  I doubt there is a statute anywhere providing that such records should be public or concealed.


Except in juvenile courts, essentially all court records are public, unless a court orders records to be sealed in a particular case, or a specific statute requires records to be sealed.  Maybe if you asked a more generic question you would get a less generic anawer.
