Arrested by Officer Who harrassed Me

Recommended Posts

Hi @ArrestedbyHarrassingOfficer

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting your question! As others have mentioned, the impact of the officer's behavior on your case will depend on his specific misdeeds. Certain evidence can be excluded when illegally obtained pursuant to the Fourth Amendment. If certain critical evidence is deemed inadmissible, the state may be forced to dismiss your case for lack of evidence.

If you can provide us with more context, the community may be able to provide further direction.

I have been charged with two thirds degree felonies which were caused by a local constables office whom have been harrassing my family since the spring of 2015. I'm at a loss of what to do. I have no court date yet and we believe tht they r charges for my husband as well which r completely bogus . They were fabricated by the local constables office

Your best bet at this time, is to hire a criminal defense attorney and fight the charges, if you believe there is nothing to them. There is no magic wand or fact that will make them go away.

Yes I know and believe me I'm trying and I do realize they are not going away , I've never in my life been in so much trouble for something I didn't do in my entire life!!, one of the charges is assault on a public servant I didn't touch him in fact I have pics of the bruises he inflicted on me !! Thank u for responding:)

I was just asking a question to seek some advice?? Is that a crime too?

Of course not, and that's a silly question.  I was just wondering why you tagged your post onto an existing thread, rather than starting a new thread, which is what this site's community guidelines request you do.
