My attorney and I know from discovery that detectives did a suggestive lineup. Once a motion for suppression is heard and granted will the statements made from individuals after suggestive lineup be admissible? Or if suggestive lineup is proven, what would be the next step in the proceeding?

Depends upon who made the statements, what the basis of the statements and how they relate to the lineup, none of which we know.

Or if suggestive lineup is proven, what would be the next step in the proceeding?

That would depend upon what other evidence they have, none of which we know.

Your attorney would be the best one to ask.

The only evidence the state has is the statements made by the individuals that were approached for the suggestive lineup. If the suggestive lineup is proven will the statement made be moot evidence?
