In Tennessee are children prohibited by law to share a bedroom ?

Recommended Posts

I am from Illinois and am sick of hearing have Tennessee Laws regarding discipline and well-being of children are so different.

Next time someone tells you what the law is and it seems illogical, I suggest asking the person to cite the specific section of the Tennessee Code where that law can be found.  When the person says that he/she doesn't know the specific section (or have any other relevant information that might allow you to look up the law), ask him/her how, then, he/she purports to know that is the law.  You'll probably be met with a bunch of hemming and hawing and scoffing, which should tell you all you need to know about the person's credibility.  If, by chance, you do get a statutory citation, you can look it up here:  http://www.lexisnexis.com/hottopics/tncode/.
