Your question is a bit garbled, but it seems you're asking for step-by-step advice, which you won't find on the message boards.  You'd be better off sweet-talking the clerk to show you cases where someone objected to someone being appointed administrator (but you better have a statutory basis for objecting, such as this person being a felon convicted of financial crimes or the like ... not just "I don't trust 'em" or "granny wouldn't want this" or what have you.

This indvidual has already stolen money from the estate!

Posting on an Internet message board is a terrible way to get quick, reliable, detailed information about matters of procedural law (particularly when you provide few relevant facts).  On the assumption that you're a beneficiary of the estate, your interests would be best protected by retaining a local probate attorney.
