unfair labor practices

I was fired for a company policy and was with the company for over two years with out any write-ups or other issues. There are two other employees that have violated company policy which also is a firing offence and they never were questioned about what they did. Do I have a case for unfair labor practices.

Unfair doesn't mean unlawful/actionable, I'm afraid. Unless the reason they treated you more harshly was because of your race, gender, religion, disability, age (over 40) or some other protected characteristic in your unnamed state -- not likely, vs. the boss of whomever else just being friends with those folks or considering them more valuable (and who knows what penalty they may have actually suffered) ... or perhaps even just wanting you gone for other reasons but this being a better pretext ... I'm afraid there wouldn't be much to do about this sort of thing.
