driving with headlights off

Recommended Posts

a witness is said to say I did not have my lights on. The driver of the car I hit did not say my lights were off. I do have proof my lights were on but how am I to handle witnesses that say they believe what they believe right or wrong. This occurred in Henderson NV. 89074

If you have evidence that lights were on, then it will be up to a judge to decide whether the witnesses are misremembering. I'm not sure how you "handle" the witnesses if they insist their recollection is that your lights weren't on.

I presume you were cited for not having your lights on? If not, I then assume you're talking about someone suing you (or you suing someone) and neither of you have insurance (otherwise, I'd let the insurance company handle it).
