Try contacting a land use and zoning attorney or general real property attorney. You can find attorneys in your area using these resources:

Browse Land Use & Zoning Lawyers by Location

Browse Real Estate Lawyers by Location

You will be able to sort by those offices that offer free consultations. As with any legal matter, it is best to consult with several attorneys before deciding who will represent you. This is particularly important in cases, such as the one you described, where several different areas of law may come into play.

Any attorney who handles civil litigation could do it. The "specialty" would be real estate litigation, and you would be suing for trespass. You may also be able to commence an unlawful or forcible detainer proceeding to "evict" the company.
