  1. My son was rear-ended, no injuries, at a stop light on June 6, 2019. They called the police, insurance information was exchanged and the other driver, she, was issued a ticket. My son called her insurance company and was told they didn't have a policy with that number. They have only wanted to give him 1/3 of what the truck is worth, he declined. They don't want to pay for a rental pick up and as of today they still have not settled this. What other options does he have besides a lawyer. Are they legally obligated to pay for the rental $100 a day for a pick up, a fair price for his pick up truck and if so how can we make them. Thanks
