In South Carolina, with a Lease with Option to Purchase, is a landlord legally allowed to make the tenant pay for property taxes, homeowners insurance, and Flood insurance premiums, and deductibles for any claims? The landlord received the money from any claims on the homeowners insurance and flood insurance, is this really legal?
