  1. Can a atty take control of an estate if the client is incapacitated and the deceaded husband had written his son as executor and poa in will
  2. this was for a criminal matter (restitution) and I am tenants in common with my sister we owe 20k in taxes subject to foreclosure and we are selling it for 190k tax assesed value is 315k so id say after sale i would only have 75k
