  1. I don't practice estate law. I agreed to help, pro bono, a family from our church with husband deceased and wife with dementia. Deceased husband purchased HUNDREDS of "Harbor Lights" (Lighthouses of the US) by Younger & Associates under the belief they would be appreciate in value. They are all in original boxes with certificates of authenticity, etc. I think the deceased's belief in appreciation of these collectibles might be mistaken. On Amazon, the top price appears to be $20.00 Is there someone or some group that might be interested in the purchasing the bulk of these items at a very reasonable price? The judge in this matter agrees that I don't need to try to sell them on eBay one by one. Help me with this strange inheritance. Thank you. Craig L.
