Ex wife did not refinance mobile home and is selling it as a part of property sale . She also did not pay it off so finance company has title and buyers are now living in the mobile home without our knowledge . It was in divorce she was to refinance in her name with him signing off but was never done because she lost her great job for stealing . This ruined my husband's credit so we were unable to buy a home for ourselves and small loans at finance company were high interest because of her. So how can she sell without title or his signature ? How can the buyer live there without his premission ?
