  1. I was hired as a manager at a country club. I am the son of members at the club. The COO/GM that hired me has retired. The new COO/GM has let me know that he is completely against the hire practice of member (son of members) on the management team. My question is: If he terminates my employment, would that be a type of discrimination? There is nothing in the policy manual on the subject.
