  4. your 120 starts as soon as you get here they say time on defendant but they will give you credit for the days im here to im pro se judge white did me the same way but he gave me the days up untill my trial towards my 120 and no it does not start over
  5. the states attorney can they use the picture from the charges i wasnt indicted on as evidence in the charge i was indicted on?
  6. i had to go pro se to get my discovery my attorey would only show me certain parts
  7. i was charged with 4 couts of delivery of a controlled substance but the indictent was returned with only 1 count and the only way they claim to know its me is because of a picture from 1 of the counts i wasnt indicted o can they use that picture??? in illinois
  8. i raised the issue that there was no affidavit in support of the arrest warrant as required in article 1 section6 "no warrant shall issue without probable cause supported by affidavt" was i wrong?
  9. is there a statue of lmitation on civil lawsuits???

  11. can you point me to some type of case law because i lost a motion because the judge said it doesnt apply to arrest warrants
