  1. It was a simple possession charge and it was the first charge on their record. These charges are the first charges on this person's record. The first failure to appear court date was for the first DWL charge and for the possession charges. That court date was missed due to being stranded out of state. That court date was rescheduled to the same day as the second court date for the second DWL charge and that one was also missed. This person is undergoing a multitude of medical testing and has a heart monitor installed in their chest.
  2. What legal consequences would a person be facing if they were charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving without a license, two failure to appears, and another driving without a license that was later changed to driving on revoked even though the person never owned a license or a permit?
