  1. So, then how is "on/off duty" defined when you live and work on the premises of your employer? I was doing work related activities in my room, went out to take a break, sat on a bench, and it broke. Would that be considered "on duty" even though the accident occurred after traditional working hours(around 6:00 pm) and especially given I am an exempt employee? Will that injury be covered under workers compensation in the State of Indiana?
  2. If I live and work on the property of my employer and am injured during off duty will it be covered by workers compensation in the state of Indiana?
