  1. The common space that is borders is a driveway that leads to a few houses, not commerical property. There are no forestry limitations or ordinances on that property.
  2. My Dad owns the business and the land. He is being sued today for $300,000 for a couple of trees he cut down simply because they were dying. There are still bunches of trees on his property. I was hoping someone could tell me he does have the right to do so uner a certain law. He doesn't have enough money to hire a lawyer. If this goes through, it could make him bankrupt.
  3. What is the law in Washington County TN (Johnson City) for cutting down trees on commercial property adjacent to common ground? Does the business owner have a right to cut down the trees on his property that is adjacent to the common ground?
