school explosion

it's the end of the fall semester & our sophomore has been suspended & now process of explosion....my qusestion is will she receive her fall credits? what is the law according to this?

I think you mean "expulsion," not explosion.

This isn't a matter of statutory law, and even if it were it would depend on the state, and you don't identify the state.

The rules for determining the award of grades is usually a matter of school district policy, and take into consideration such factors as whether she completed the work satisfactorily before her suspension and the nature of the offense(s) for which she is facing expulsion. You'll need to discuss this with someone in the school or district administrative office.

Obviously, this is something only the school officials will be able to answer.

Any applicable laws obviously will be state-specific, and you didn't identify your state.
