2 posts in this topic

In the Hongkong judge's decision, it is said that the Hongkong citizen intent to hurt

\r\n

Chinese citizen is correct, and his deceive action is protected by "Hongkong Public

\r\n

Policy".

\r\n

In the evidence, the defendant asked the victim to suicide many times, and caused the

\r\n

consequence. But the judge changed the plaintiff's appeal of medical compensation, and

\r\n

said the appeal is "illegal" and "against public interest". Obviously, the judge's

\r\n

decision means, Chinese citizen doens't have the human rights of life & health.

\r\n

The judge doesn't allow the victim to appeal to Higher Court, and close the case with the

\r\n

unconstitutional judgement which denied Chinese citizen's basic human rights! Meanwhile,

\r\n

in Hongkong, there's no supervise on judge at all, neither the Legislative Council nor

\r\n

the Department of Justice.

\r\n

With the judge's support, the defendant forces the victim to die up to now. Following the Hongkong judge's decision, both sides think the victim shall go to suicide.

Case Ref. No.: DCCJ 4968/2009, DCCJ 4968A/2009, HCMP 1261/2011

This is a U.S. message board; even if it were not, I'm not clear on the purpose of the post. Seems like a topic for another site.
