Are Payday / Internet Loans illegal in the state of PA?  What if the consumer is in PA but the company is out of state? Two third party companies trying to collect a debt for CashNet USA are threatening to take legal action against a $450 debt.  They jacked on an additional $500 in rates and fees that they want me to pay.  What should I do?
