VETERANARIAN? I UNDERSTAND A DOG IS CONSIDERED PROPERTY OR CHATTEL?

SO IT IS CONSIDERED DAMAGE TO PROPERTY?

SO IS IT 2 YEARS FROM TIME OF DEATH  OR 3 YEARS?

Please don't post in all caps (let alone 100% with any special font attribute like italics).

This isn't a personal injury claim (damage to you personally); it's a property damage claim.  Therefore, SOL should be three years.  Chances are, however, that you might be better off suing for breach of contract or a refund.  Dpends on how much the dog was worth (not what it cost, what it was worth) vs. what you paid for the services.
