What "30 day thing" are you talking about? The law does not give you an automatic right to a refund of your purchase price for retail goods. Just because something is sold in a place called "Leather House" does not mean everything sold there is actually leather. Clothing is required by federal law to be labeled with the material from which it is made. Does the jacket label say it is leather, or something else? If the label was accurate, then you really don't have a claim here against anyone since you could have determined what you were getting before you bought it.
