I was just interested in what fee the administrator is entitled to upon sale of property of a deceased individual. We live in the state of Ca. Thanks

The executor or personal representative is not entitled to anything "upon [the] sale of property of a deceased individual."  The executor or personal rep is only entitled to compensation upon entry of a court order providing for same (or, if the estate is being handled without court-supervised probate, upon the conclusion of the administration of the estate).  The presumptive compensation to which the executor or personal rep is entitled is set out in Probate Code Section 10800 -- http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displaycode?section=prob&group=10001-11000&file=10800-10805.
