Is it illegal in the state of Idaho to purchase a table and chairs set that is for sale,  from someone that you are self-employed by?

No. That's like asking if it's illegal to buy a desk from your cousin's friend.

Dear Idahoroots,

Is your reply your opinion or the actual law?

If you are self-employed, would that not constitute that you are buying said table set from yourself? I can purchase anything I want, unless it happens to be stolen property or illegal for sale, from whomever I wish. You can buy things from your boss, if that is your question.
