From Missouri:  is an employer required to allow any breaks during a 9 hour shift?

Not likely (except for being able to use the bathroom or drink water if not allowed to do that while working), but you'd check with the state labor dept.

I'm not sure about Missouri but I know that in California you get a 15-30 minute brake after 5 hours. So I'm assuming that if California gets something than so does Missouri. Good luck.
