Question from chitowncubsNov-3

At my job, we have two Female Managers. One of the females is constantly coming up and grabbing my buttocks. At one time I talked back to her and she proceded to grab me by my testicles and tell me not to talk back to her. I have also witnessed her grabbing breasts and buttocks of fellow female employees.

The other female manager constantly belittles All the employees and was overheard screaming at one of our spanish co-worker "If you are going to live and work in this country learn to speak our "f***ing" language. THis sent her running to bathroom crying.

What can be done about this?

Uhm, you need to call the police when someone puts their hands on you, let alone if they grab you by the testicles.  :)  I presume you've also stood up for yourself and said you won't tolerate someone putting their hands on you and it better not happen again.  Shouldn't have to tell a grown person of average intelligence this (and you don't mention having said a thing -- no reason for you to leave out what you did about it if you'd done-said anything).

You also do not bother to mention folks who have been telling the ownership about this, so I presume they have not.  This needs to be reported immediately.  Employer can't be on the hook for what it doesn't know about.  If the ownership/higher management does know and isn't putting a stop to it, then the folks in question should be filing complaints with the EEOC and the state equivalent (along with calling the police and seeking to file charges against them for putting their hands on anyone).

The constant belittlement needs to be explained in context.  If someone has a problem speaking English, complaining about that is not necessarily national origin discrimination (your post is a bit vague).
