Is there a federal law that prohibits employers from discussing pay with a employee????

My Admin office discussed another employees pay with me, I felt this was unprofessional and violated the other employee.

No.

"... I felt this was unprofessional and violated the other employee."

While it's unprofessional, that doesn't make it unlawful.
