Hello'

I have a prior felony prision record from 1991 for grand theft in the state of Florida and have been in no trouble since. My question is, I have recently been arrested and charged with conspiracy to entroduce contraband into a state facility by means of phone conversations and visitation. Now these new charges point out to 16 points and my old points were 2.4 totaling 18.4 can they leagally use my old points on these new charges?
