What happened?

   Almost two years ago I was arrested for possesion of cocaine and weed, went to jail bonded out the same night, and I havent heard anything else about my case, no letter from clerk of court , no warrant for not showing to court, no probation, no jail time, but about 8 months ago the cops were called on me and he ran my info in, I got slick with him, and he responded " U got alot to say for a convicted felon", which was strange becuase I don't have any felony charges on my record except what Im guessing is this one and I was definitly not convicted or excepted any plea, or signed any paper stating I confess to these charges, I wanted a lawyer but he wanted 2500 which I didnt have, so I walked away and never looked back, can somebody tell me What Happened?
