Arizona

 

I have a friend that has been charged with..........

1 felony count of public sexual indecency

2 count of child molestation, 

1 count of attempted child molestation

1 count of sexual conduct with a minor

My question is... Assuming that the person was/is guilty of this crime.... What was the law like in Arizona for this kind of crimes back in 1991, 1992. Was life time probation an option for this kind of crimes?

I would appreciate any help with this!! Thanks!!!
