Greetings,

Can a person be convicted of both battery and aggravated battery at the same time according GA law?

battery is a lessor included offense of aggravated battery thus the answer to your questions is yes, but only one sentence can be imposed for the aggravated battery, a sentence for the battery would have to run concurrent if one was imposed at all.
