Question from PRboundNov-3

In Georgia:

Charged with aggravated assault at 17.  Finally went to court when he was 21, plead No-Lo as advised by Court Appted Atty. Completed intense Probation, fines etc. with no issues

Is it normal for it to show on the adult record 17 years later despite the fact it was committed by a minor?  Has a clean record since just wondering-obviously scared him straight!

Assessing whether something is "normal" or not requires knowledge of a sufficient number of similar situations, and that's unlikely to happen on a message board.

True, not looking for a definitive answer or legal advice.  I can add that It was agravated assault so it's a felony, don't know if that makes a difference.  Just wondering for the sake of curiousity considering the age thing.
