Question from tbird58Nov-7
i co-own 10 acers of land near the mouth of the kenai river, my sister wants it all for herself to give to her son.i am a homeless person living on the streets of seattle wash. so far thanks to someone who goes by the moniker of fallen i have found out that i need to file a suit of partition on this land. this is as far as i have gotten in 20 years on this matter. my sister is totaly un-coperative, refuses to buy me out, will not even consider selling it or anything at all if it involves me getting a dime.as anyone reading can plainly see there is a major amount of bad blood regarding this land. she has told me point blank that she is waiting for me to drink myself to death so she can have it all. after living in my van for the last 7 years it is now gone to, i had a run in with the law and they towed it off and it was sold at auction 9 months ago. it is winter time, im cold homeless and just about at my witts end.  any and all help, sugjestions concerning anyone who could possibly help me would be greatly apreciated.
