Question from StillearningNov-3
Hello, I have a commercial tenant who has changed their name. I have leased more space to them in the same building and want to change the name on the leases to read the new name. Is this achievable with a standard addendum?

You don't have to change the existing leases for them to remain valid.

"Is this achievable with a standard addendum?"

Can't imagine how it would not be achievable.
