Respcted Sir,

I recive a court summons. and my hering date will be on 19 nov 2009. This sommos is for child support and peternity supoort for my baby, Baby is in my custody. Do i need to higer a lawer for that or not? Please give me ans of my question as soon as possibe..

Depends on what you mean by "need."  You're not required to hire a lawyer, but it certainly would be a smart thing to do unless you're familiar with the relevant laws and procedural rules.
