Question from truefather07Nov-7
My fiance and I separated and I moved out of our apartment taking the child with me. I brought him back for a visit and she ran off to another state with him, and came back without him! Leaving him with a friend that I only knew by name. What can I do?

Assuming you were not married to the mother, was paternity established (legally)?  If not, then you need to get it established (through the courts) first before you can legally do anything.

Once paternity is established, you can then file for custody, support and visitation.
