Re: Legal Parental Rights/ Constitution Questions
My case was handles through the State of Michigan the foster care refused to give me back my children without any reason. After I had a place of residence, and I had a income. And I did the state Parent Agency Program Successfully.
1.) Is that legal reason for The Foster Care Agency NOT to give me back my children?
I filed an Appeal on the Termination, The Circuit Court that Terminated my rights removed the Documents from the State Agencies that stated I completed the Programs, So the documents were NOT sent to the Court Of Appeals, so the judges were NOT able to view any of the Documents. And the Prosecution or the Foster Care Unit DID NOT show up at the Cases Call court date and a brief WAS NOT submitted. However, My Attorney submitted a brief, and I showed for the Court date.
2.) Is that legal for the court to continue to agree with the lower Circuit Court that Terminated my Parental rights after I mentioned to the Court of Appeals the Documents were removed before the Case reached to the Court of Appeals?
I filed another Appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court, only I filed this Appeal myself, and the case was opened up and immediately closed, because they panel of Judges DID NOT like my line of questions.
3.) Is that the only reason why a case should be reclosed again? Whereas, My case WAS NOT taken into consideration the line of default by the Foster Care Unit and the Lower Judges decisions. Is that fair reasoning to reclose the case?
4.) I would like to find out the Constitutional Laws that can support My Parental Rights Case? I have intentions to take this Case to The United States Supreme Court, I need references as to were to begin my research with the filing this case.
2.)
