I need to know how to file an Ilegal adoption petition to the courts of California.Im not sure wether it would be filed in the state of calif court or federal court. I already filed an appeal but the appeal was not done by me and it did not address anything of my concern for what was wrong. In fact it addressed none of the issues I told my court appointed Juvenille dependancy attourney I wanted to be addressed. In fact nothing I ever said to her in the whole year she was my attorney for both of my children was ever addressed and I feel that for one I was not in any way given proper legal representation.And after I lost my appeal and read the issues addressed in the appeal by the attorney I realized why I lost my appeal.Nothing of value was addressed or brought to the attention of the appelate court of appeals. Also My daughter and son were both in the same foster home and I did everything they asked and some and have the physical proof.My case plan was court ordered to be corrected because I did get the Judge at one time(I was given so many different judges I could not remember just one it was at least five different ones thru both of the same cases) .Then my daughter was not addopted out due to she was 12 and refused them that right several times after they tried their hardest to get her to agree to being adopted out. I got 50/50 custody back of my son and when cps found out they had a deputy barge thru my door and almost knock me down coming in demanding to know where my son was and I showed them the court papers for the custody and he said he didnt care what I had from a judge he was taking my son if he were in my house.Shortly after I moved about 15 miles away to another house with friends after loosing everything and I mean everything including (almost my sanity from my children being taken and the fight to get them back was a set up for failure) My kids My house My reputation and I was slandered all over the town I lived in and I thought that was illegal also.I lost my ability to comprehend the legality and what I needed to do because no matter what I did it was put down and slandered into something negative every chance that cps could. I tried and tried to get my issues accross and was completely ignored and I couldnt believe that I couldnt find any laws that supported the way they stole my son. He was 5 when I got 50/50 custody back of him after I had 100% custody and support of him without his fathers help in any way ever until cps took him the first time and placed him in a rehab living house with his father where he was being raised by a house of about at least 15 of rehabilitating court ordered addicts. His father had a three page felony record I had three misdomeenors on my record. I didnt understand anything they were doing to my kids and I because it seemed that it was very unprofessional the way they were handleing my case. Then I saw that it was like a cancer spreading across the usa that cps was taking children from parents everywhere and for everything under the sun and the thousands and thousands grew to 130,000.00 a year and now it has subsided it seems as if they got the money they wanted and now they are over it.
My son was moved from Santa Cruz CA,where his sister and I and he resided when they took both kids and he was moved clear to Pamona by LA ,CA. and this was before it had even gone to court to address he be adopted out even though my daughter couldnt be due to our bond they said.That and like I said she refused to be and at 12 they have to have the childs permission.Well my daughter kept telling me " Mommy Seth(her brother) has already been adopted and she was freaking out. I told her that was impossible he was not adoptable by the courts yet and they moved him anyway.The people that had my daughter in their foster home knew one of their neices and her husband who were mormons had been looking for a boy to adopt and had been told by the Foster parents of the kids to come see him and meet him and they did twice and decided they wanted him and off he went and this all happened before I even had gone to the hearing. So I decided to call cps and claim I was a concerned citizen and that my neighbors had brought a child home and I wanted to know that this child was not abducted and they took the names of the people and within a five minute period the head of cps a man that I was bullied out of a court room prior to this day for an order they got to ban me from going to a church that the judge had approved me to go to at an earlier court date. Anyway the man didnt recognize my voice but I did his and I recognized his name after asking it and he assured me that it was very commendable to check on the child and being concerned for this child was appreciated he said but he quote"reassured me that it was a legal adoption and that it was a special circumstances case due to the fact that it was a second to kinship adoption." And I couldnt believe what I was hearing because he was not kinship to these strangers in any kind of way what so ever. I brought it to my attorneysb attention and she just brushed me off as she did about everything else I tried to confront her with. Now she did have an order requesting a Child-Parent bonding analysis be done and then when it was the papers stated that only if they could choose the person who did the report on the bond and than when it was done the person they chose said some of the most outragious things about things that were outright so farfetced and was put out as though he was to do the report based on the child-Adoptive parents so that it made everything about my son and their relationship and put me down in the pettiest ways to make such comments reguarding my nails being done professionally and my car being fixed and yet I couldnt afford my sons lunch and how he supposedly went thru my purse to scrap change to eat. Well I asked them whem they said part of the all day appointment was to start at 7am which I was late due to the fact that the buses didnt run that early to their office and the doctor was leaving me pages and pages of some scencis test for me to do for two to three hours before I was to meet the man for the report and my son and we were to go to lunch as part of the report and then go back to his office and my son and I were asked to do things like comb eachothers hair and feed eachother candy. I told them that they would have to pay for his lunch because I didnt have the funds on that day because I was on ssi and I knew my bills and I wouldnt have money to buy lunch for him or I and they said they would be the ones paying for it since it was a court order and part of the report so I went and then when I got there they bought themselves lunch and my son and I were told we had to pay for our own and then the reports left all that they had said in advance about paying for it and jus tput in the slander about my son finding change in my purse for his food and me having my nails done.My son said how pretty my nails were and I told him my girlfriend did them for free because she did and that I had no money because I had already explained to the cps that I had to repair and regisdter my car due to I moved an hour and a half away at this point and I had to have a way to get there and the car was fixed registered an
