Question from jerome47501Nov-7
My stepdaughter Bree has been mentally and physically abused by her stepmother and her paternal dad.  Last weekend on Sunday they locked her in her room and didn't feed.  All day till 1:30 PM.  Then the great grandma and her grandma walked him and opened her open.  she still had her Halloween makeup on and she was screaming.  But they made sure they ate.  Her greatgrandma and her grandma were witnesses to this issue and they didn't call cps.  My wife and i called cps and went down there that next day and report the issue.  This isn't the first time stuff like this has happened to her.  the stepmom had dragged her across the floor by her arm, has smacked her hard enough to leave bruises.  We filed a restraining order on her.  Should we include him since he was there, witnessed  it and didn't come to her resue or say anything to his wife.  Should we file for supervised visits or no visitation.  Brees dads mom and his grandma which is her great grandma witnessed it and we are subpoenaing them to court as well as cps.  How do I subpoena cps along with her evidence and documentations?

"Should we file for supervised visits or no visitation."

If the child is being abused, then file for no visitation.  You can conceed to supervised visitation through mediation if the father's lawyer objects.

"How do I subpoena cps along with her evidence and documentations? "

You need a family law attorney.  Given the abusive situation, this is too critical to do it yourself.
