Hi, recently I filed a Petition for Divorce under Article 102 and my spouse agreed to sign a Waiver and return it to me.  My spouse has offered several excuses as to why she has yet to send the Waiver.  I want to proceed with an Article 103 instead.  How do I motion the court to change the Article from 102 to 103?  What are the procedures in Louisiana?, Can a Divorce be obtained quicker with the Article 103?
