Question from jacoblee01Nov-6
Can a judge cout order a mother not to be around a man (who is her husband)because he has a criminal record. He has never harmed the children, family services has admitted that he has never hurt the children and that the woman has taken very good care of the children. It seems beyond reasonable that they can tell her not to be with! What are her rights?
