Question from payton16Nov-3
I am a widow who is engaged to be married in Aug 2010. I have two boys one is 16 the other is 12. I want my finance' to become coguardian with me so he can make medical dec. and sign school papers etc. Can I do this without giving up my rights as the parent. we have looked into power of attorney but it looks as if that has to be renewed every six months?
