Question from LegallyscrewedNov-3
I need help, how do you get a judge removed from a case.  I had full custody of my kids for 10 years then the judge believed my ex's lies and had my kids removed based on parental alienation syndrome statements which there were no facts to support.  Now the judge says if I keep fighting i wont like the results but my kids are being abused, how do i get a new judge?

"I need help, how do you get a judge removed from a case."

Whether you can do this and, if so, how you do it depend on the laws of your unidentified state.  However, the fact that you don't like a judge's decision does not make the judge "corrupt" and does not provide grounds for removal in any state.

"I had full custody of my kids for 10 years then the judge believed my ex's lies and had my kids removed based on parental alienation syndrome statements which there were no facts to support."

The last part of this sentence doesn't make any sense.  Facts are supported by testimony and other evidence, not the other way around.

"how do i get a new judge?"

In addition to what I said above, you are free to appeal the judge's ruling.  You need to consult with local counsel.

Sorry I didnt write that out very well.  What happened is in ca state law mandates an evaluation in any pas syndrome cases my ex had not seen nor contacted the children in 2 years prior to the custody switch the mediator based the enitre decision on his testimony which was false and I had records from drs and counselors of the kids to prove it but she did not check the facts they also did not have the kids evaluated for pas syndrome. The judges ruling was not the problem it was when I appeared at our last court hearing and the judge said"If you make this court go through with an evidentary hearing, I guarantee your not going to like the result" that was when I stopped fighting but then my daughter was assulted again by my exhubbys wife so now Im back in the thick of things.....

I also need to say that the mediator released my medical information to my exhusband and his wife who posted it on the internet, I did not recieve numerous documents, and the judge was my attorney at one point...
