i been working for a company 3 weeks and the owner and i agreed for under the table wages for my probation period which is 90 days. on my 4th week i got injured and was hospitalized with an infection from a plant. i was in the hospital for 8 days and had to have surgery on my foot to remove infected skin and tissue. the owner was informed and he has done nothing. can i file a claim plus i can work but limited and i told him and he said he wants me 100 percent so i cant come back to work. i havent had any income going on 4 weeks. what can i do
