In Florida - Owners of a condo unit allowing tenants that were previously evicted  to move back in.  Eviction was final last June (2011) and were physically removed by the Sheriff at that time.    What recourse does the association have to enforce the previous eviction?

Please advise....thanks!

Does the HOA By-laws mention anything about such issue?

Sorry, but your post is a bit garbled.

How is the condo association a party to this?

If owners of a condo unit are dumb enough to re-rent to folks they'd evicted before, there's likely not much you can do about it.  Depends on facts unknown, including condo declarations/by-laws and such to which the owner is bound.  This isn't something strangers could address via a message board; if the condo association isn't aware of what it's options are, then it needs to talk with its local real estate counsel (and if it has none as a go-to resource, that's been a mistake).
